It is our pleasure together with The Board of Newpark Resort Residences Association to announce that we, Cooper’s HOA Management, are your new property managers. We are excited to work with you all and help make your Park City living experience as carefree as possible.
Cooper’s HOA Management’s primary function is to assist the Board with the day-to-day operation and management of your Association. We assist and advise the Board of Directors in all matters concerning the Association, including but not limited to the following:
- Financial Management and Planning
- Common Area Maintenance
- Vendor Relations
- Declarations of Covenants and Rules Enforcement
We are also thrilled to let you know that we have developed a user friend property management app/web application called “The Coop” to help you keep track of everything going on with your property, bills, and HOA events. You all should have received a sign-up email from us. Please reach out to our administrator, Jessica, at email@example.com if you did not receive this email. After registration, you can sign into The Coop through your property website at http://newparktownhomes.com/.
Dues Statements are sent via email 15 days prior to the first of every quarter. If you would like to receive a hard copy in the mail, please email Coopers at firstname.lastname@example.org and confirm your mailing address
Your Community Manager is John Tracy. He is currently available from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday except for holidays.
